Privacy policy

This is an interim notice covering our pre-launch website. A full policy will replace it when the platform launches.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your email address if you join the waitlist or subscribe to the newsletter, and your name, email address and message if you contact us. We also store which language version of the site you used, so we can reply in it.
Why we collect it
To tell you when beta access opens, to send the product updates you asked for, and to answer the message you sent us. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who processes it
Form submissions are stored in a MongoDB database we control, and email is delivered through Resend. Both act as processors on our behalf and receive only the data needed to do that job.
How long we keep it
Waitlist and newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Contact messages are kept for two years so we have the history of a conversation.
Your choices
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, and we will action it.
