What we collect, and why
This page describes what the iDynoTech site collects from you, why, how long it stays, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our five forms:
- Intro session request — name, email, organisation, team size, request type, and your note if you wrote one.
- Programme interest — email, and the programme you chose.
- Validation platform waitlist — email, and what you're building.
- Newsletter — email.
- Contact form — name, email, message.
With each submission we store the site language you used, the page you sent it from, and the time.
What we don't collect
No payment details, no identity documents, no sensitive categories of data. There are no accounts on this site and no passwords.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to arrange a session or send a proposal, to tell you when a programme or the platform opens, and to send the newsletter if you subscribed. We don't use your data for anything other than what you sent it for.
How long it stays
Session requests: two years. Programme interest and the waitlist: until what you registered for opens, then one year. Contact messages: one year. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Anything is deleted earlier on request.
Who has access
The iDynoTech team only. We don't sell or share your data, except with the services that run this site: MongoDB Atlas stores form submissions, Resend sends the messages, and Hostinger hosts the site.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Write to us from the contact page and we'll act on it.
Cookies
The site stores your language choice in a single cookie. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics.
